Im so sore form lost night but so worth it
my second day doing it and my lower back hurts alot & my sides !
i have a defined waist but i have trouble with my lower ans section. what can i do to get that flat?

So i finnaly try this workout because am on a mission, need to loose this weight. Let me tell u i couldn’t move my waist the next day, it hurt so bad, but it felt so good, am going to continue doing this workout every morning to start my day… I love it…
How many times a week?
God I hate cardio but i love to dance, she makes it so fun and with the music i really get into it. She is right though…you do feel it the next day.

I haven’t been feeling good about my body for years and stepping on the scales everyday a few times didn’t help me either. Since I don’t have the money for the fitness studio I just sat on my butt all day.
For two weeks I have been working out with your videos and I feel so much better already. I don’t know if I’ve lost any weight because I finally found the strength to ask my husband to hide the scales. However my whole body feels tighter and I’m more positive.

I like the video, and it would definitely help you to boost your metabolism! I am going to workout to your video starting tomorrow morning and hopefully it will help me to lose some inches off of my waist and help me to tighten up my core as well.
